Compax, a privately owned company is managed by a Board of Directors. Compax's efficient and dynamic Top management Comprises of :

Mr. S. R. Rathi: (Director)
Mr Rathi has graduated from BITS Pilani and acquired his Master of Science degree in industrial Engineering from U.S.A. He has been instrumental in developing single use medical products, material handling equipments, fire protection equipment and specialty vehicles like mobile, toilet van etc.

Mr. B. B. Lohiya: (Director)
He is an engineering graduate from Osmania University, with a master's degree in Management Science from Pune University. He has wide experience in development of Industrial equipment ranging from Innovative Foundry equipment to specialized Test Rigs and from welding equipment to D.C.motors. He has a number of Technical papers to his credit and has travelled widely abroad in pursuit of the state of the Art technology. He is responsible for the overall operations of the Company and has put in pioneering efforts in promoting Cold Box Technology in India.

Mr. Bhooshan Lohiya: (Director)
A Graduate in Engineering from Pune University with a Training in Management Science, he is responsible for corporate operations and business Development. He also heads the security Products division. He has travelled widely overseas in his professional assignments and looks after the International Operations as well.

Mr. G.B. Rathi: (Financial Advisor of the Company)
He is a Chartered Accountant with special interest in corporate finance. He is a well known financial analyst and is responsible for maintaining the financial health of the Company.
